Blockbuster is offering movies on-demand to some cell phone users. The video rental chain says it will offer thousands of movie titles to people who use certain Motorola mobile handsets. Blockbuster has not said when the service will be available or how much it will cost.
This is a first for Blockbuster as it tries to find new ways to build on-demand video sales as fewer people visit its video rental stores.
