Fortified foods: Too much of a good thing?

A report from the research firm PricewaterhouseCoopers shows that consumers are also spending more on foods which are spiked with nutrients to make them appear healthier.

Some nutrition experts worry about too much of a good thing. Early studies suggest that too much of vitamins A, C, E and folic acid can be risky for some people.
