"The man next door said, 'I've seen a lot of kids make trouble, but this kid is respectful.' You know what I mean? You know, kids aren't perfect. Nobody is perfect. But as far as gang bangers, he wasn't a gang banger. He wasn't even a fighter," said Lola Hallom, the victim's aunt.
Witnesses say Harris was on his way home from a friend's house when he was shot. He died at a nearby hospital.
