In many situations cancer can't be prevented. But a new report claims when it comes to breast cancer a fair amount could be avoided if women maintain some healthy habits. The report, which is a review of 81 new studies, was conducted by the Cancer Research -World Cancer Research Fund. It finds nearly 40 percent of all breast cancer cases could be prevented if women keep a healthy weight, drink less alcohol, exercise and breastfeed their babies.

The report recommends women exercise for at least 30 minutes every day and limit alcohol to just one drink a day.
