Disney On Ice Pulls Out All the Stops - And Stars - For Shimmering Salute to Walt Disney
September 11, 2009 (PRESS RELEASE) A multi-generational celebration in grand Disney tradition, 100 Years of Magic features the largest cast of Disney stars ever assembled for a Disney On Ice production, a sing-along score of Academy Award®-winning music, cutting-edge choreography, and elaborate, eye-dazzling sets and costumes. Disney's captivating characters and unforgettable stories - from the classic Pinocchio to recent favorites Lion King, Mulan and Toy Story, make this commemorative salute to the legacy of Walt Disney a whirlwind tour of magical memories for the entire family.

That mouse that started it all - Mickey - and his pal, Jiminy Cricket, host the extravagant celebration full of breathtaking pair skating, moving solos and tremendous production numbers by Emmy® Award-winning choreographer Sarah Kawahara.

Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sep. 8, through Friday, Sep. 11, with three shows (11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.) on Saturday, Sep. 12, and two (1 p.m. and 5 p.m.) on Sunday, Sep. 13. The 5 p.m. show on Sunday is a Spanish performance.
