The partnering chef teams will be asked to create an exceptional dish in the spirit of Roy's signature Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine RoysRestaurant. Guests will enjoy the one-of-a-kind dining experience and will indulge in the five-course dinner-- which will include a course created by Chef Roy and Roy's Chicago's Chef Partner Kevin Dusinski, and one dish from each competing team. Judges will rate each team's creation on taste, presentation, and individuality, and will award the winning duo's student an internship with Roy's highly-trained expert chefs.

"Teaching and mentoring aspiring chefs has always been a passion of mine," said Chef Roy. "I am excited to be working with this talented group of great chefs, as we contribute to the culinary community by cultivating new talent with a challenging and rewarding internship."

The Aloha Kitchen Challenge begins at 6 pm and the winner will be announced at 9 pm. Cost is $65 per person with wine pairings excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Roy's Chicago at 312/787.7599. The restaurant is located at 720 North State Street, Chicago.
