Woman suspected in child abduction

September 14, 2009 (CHICAGO) Police say Angie Lee Payton was last seen with her one-year-old daughter Angelicia Williams on Monday morning.

Payton is not the child's legal guardian and took the girl without permission.

The two were last scene near 69th and Halsted.

Police say Payton is bipolar and they're worried about the child's safety.
