Power restored to Blue Line

September 22, 2009 (CHICAGO) The power was off between the UIC-Halsted and Illinois Medical District stops on Tuesday afternoon, according to a CTA spokeswoman.

A person was on the tracks, but no details have been released.

Power was only out for a brief period of time.
