A postal employee already held without bond for several sexual assaults is now charged with a fourth rape. Tommie Naylor, 41, was charged Friday with two counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of kidnapping for an attack on a 16-year-old girl on the South Side last November. Naylor allegedly forced the victim into a vehicle at gunpoint with the help of two other assailants then sexually assaulted her.
