Madrid residents push for their city

A large crowd turned out Sunday in Madrid to show their support for that city's bid to host the 2016 Games.

Organizers from Madrid 2016 estimate a half-million people gathered at Cibeles square wearing the colors of Madrid's bid. They held up cards to form a giant 'Olympic hand,' the logo of the city's bid effort.

The human mosaic was followed by a free concert.

Members of the Madrid delegation will begin the trip to Copenhagen Monday.
