International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge said Monday that the decision to award the 2016 Summer Games to Rio de Janeiro shows the Olympic movement isn't out to make 'big money.'Speaking at the IOC Congress, Rogge said if big money was a consideration the games would have come to Chicago.

The American broadcast rights for the Rio games are expected to be worth considerably less than if the games had come to Chicago.

Chicago was one of four finalists to host the games.
