Suburban man arrested on usury charges
October 7, 2009 (GLEN ELLYN, Ill.) Steven Cooper, also known as Moustafa Abed Elsalam Elturky, was arrested and charged after an investigation into his business practices, according to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office. Officials expect to make more arrested in connection to the case.
