It's Columbus Day, the holiday that honors the Italian explorer, who opened the New World of the Americas to the Europeans. What better way to celebrate than to enjoy some Italian food, prepared by Chef Bruno Abate of Follia in the West Loop? He shares his recipes for Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Roasted Butternut Squash Tortellini and Tagliatelle e Funghi.
