Police say they spotted two individuals stealing from parked cars near Ohio and Artesian. They say the two offenders sped away in a white van and crashed into several parked vehicles at California and Washington. The van flipped over on impact.
The two offenders were taken into custody and were treated for minor injuries at Mt. Sinai hospital.
No charges had been filed Monday evening.
