Coca Cola is launching a new size of cans for its sodas. The world's largest soft drink maker says it's introducing 90-calorie mini-cans of soda to help consumers monitor their caloric intake.

The smaller cans will be available for Coke, Sprite, Orange Fanta, Cherry Coke, and Barq's Root Beer.

The mini-cans will be launched in New York and Washington DC in December.

The nationwide roll-out will take place in March of next year.
