The fire was put out quickly. No one was injured.
UofC building evacuated due to small fire
October 20, 2009 (CHICAGO) Firefighters were called to the building in the 5800-block of South Ellis just after one on Tuesday afternoon. They say embers from roof work at the Franklin McLean Institute came through the roof and started a small fire on the 7th floor.
