Man charged after driving into fire truck

October 27, 2009 (CHICAGO) Hector Samano Valedez, 44, is also charged with driving without a license and damage to public property.

Police say Valedez crashed into a fire truck that was backing into a fire station Monday in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

Police say Valedez's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
