Hynes said Quinn's ad is very deceptive.
"When families are struggling economically, when they don't know whether they will have their job next week, how they are going to pay their bills? We have an ad that talks about a family trip and a hair cut. I think the people deserve a more serious debate about more serious issues in this campaign," said Comptroller Dan Hynes, (D) candidate for governor.
The Quinn campaign says the ad is in response to a recent attack ad from Hynes that is critical of Governor Quinn's budget proposal.
