Graduate instructors who have been on strike at the University of Illinois have reached a tentative agreement with the school. The three-year agreement will guarantee the continuation of tuition waivers. They allow some graduate and teaching assistants to attend the school at reduced cost or - in some cases - no cost at all.

Graduate instructors walked off their jobs on Monday when the waiver was not in the new contract.

Instructors are voting on the deal this evening.
