This is in the city's back of the yards neighborhood.
Police say the girl was walking down the street when the men pulled her into a black van and assaulted her.
Some people who live in the neighborhood say they hope parents will keep a better eye on their children from now on.
"You have to stick with your children -- make sure that they're protected because it could be anything," said H.L. Messenger, a neighborhood pastor. "If it wasn't that it could be something else. You know -- this is little children walking up and down the street by themselves."
The girl has been treated and released from Comer Childen's Hospital.
