2 new commissioners in Daley's cabinet

November 25, 2009 (CHICAGO) On Wednesday, he appointed Dr. Bechara Choucair as the commissioner of the city's department of public health.

Dr. Choucair has served as the executive and medical director of Heartland International Health Center on the city's North Side.

Mayor Daley also appointed George Arteaga as the commissioner of the Department of Human Resources.

Arteaga has served as vice president of human resources for CompuSystems and United Conveyor.
