He says he reached a deal Tuesday with Chicago Public Schools that lets his clients transfer to either Carver Military Academy, Morgan Park High School, Lincoln Park High School or Percy L. Julian High School.
CPS spokeswoman Monique Bond says the district had already offered to let more than 100 Fenger students transfer to other schools starting Jan. 1. She says 10 students have followed through.
Fenger honor student Derrion Albert was beaten to death after school on Sept. 24.
