Former county employee returns to jail

December 4, 2009 (CHICAGO) According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Tony Cole got into an argument with a sheriff's deputy at the Cook County building over whether Cole had permission to take two packages from there.

Cole is charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of justice. He had not posted bond Friday afternoon.

Cole was once hired by Stroger to a $60,000 county highway department job. He was fired later in a patronage scandal.
