Recipe: Black Bottom Cupcakes
1/4 c cocoa
1 1/2 c. four
1 c sugar
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 T. vinegar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. water
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour into mini muffin cups lined with paper. Fill 2/3 of the way full.
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Fold in 1-6oz pkg chocolate chips.
Drop small amount of cream cheese mixture into the filled muffin cups.
Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
