SWAT team members were serving a search warrant at a home on Chicago's South Side when a fire suddenly broke out. A SWAT team arrived around 7 a.m. Wednesday morning at a building in the 100-block of 111th Street. That's in the Roseland neighborhood.

Authorities say they announced they were serving a warrant in a basement home when a carpet fire broke out about the same time.

Residents say they heard a loud bang and were told to leave the building.

Authorities have not said what they were looking for.

Chicago Police have one person is in custody.
