Most CTA Park & Ride lots to get pay box meters

December 14, 2009 (CHICAGO) The deal with CPS Chicago Parking guarantees the CTA a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue. That's about $600,000 more than the current contract.

The deal covers 11 of 17 Park & Ride lots, but it appears passengers will have to do a little extra walking. After paying their fee at a pay box near the station, they'll get a slip that must be put in their car window before returning to the station.
