8 Large Eggs
1 Cup Half & Half
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
3 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
In a shallow dish beat together the eggs, half & half, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Heat a griddle over medium high heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray when warm. Dip the slices of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture and place on the heated griddle. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Top the Cinnamon Roll French Toast with Powdered Sugar and Vanilla Glaze.
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 ½ Tablespoons of Water
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients to form a smooth glaze and drizzle over the prepared Cinnamon Roll French Toast. Add a few more drops of water if glaze is too thick.
