Apparently, the two entered a home in Wauconda because they were trying to pick up the suspect's 11-year-old son from a birthday party. They went to the wrong house and demanded the boy be returned and pushed their way into the home. That's when the home owner shot them.
No charges expected in homeowner shooting
December 30, 2009 (CHICAGO) The 49-year-old suspect is still hospitalized in critical condition and his 15-year-old son is talking with investigators.
