Judge: Dad can take daughter to church

A judge has ruled that a father can take his 3-year-old daughter to Catholic Church even though her mother is raising her Jewish.

The Cook County judge told Joseph Reyes he can take his little girl to church services when he has visitation and he will also be granted visitation every year on Christmas and Easter.

Judge Renee Goldfarb decided that attending church will not harm the child.

The ruling lifts restrictions placed on Reyes last year during his divorce from the little girl's mother Rebecca Reyes.
