The team wants to put an illuminated Toyota sign behind the left field bleachers.
A wooden replica of the sign was put up Tuesday so city authorities could get an idea of what the sign would look like.Because Wrigley is a designated landmark, the landmarks commission must approve any changes.
The next meeting of the landmarks commission is scheduled for May 5.
