Suspect in Darien murders to undergo mental exam

April 22, 2010 (CHICAGO)

A psychologist will interview Jacob Nodarse to determine his sanity and fitness to stand trial. He's accused of killing Lori and Jeffrey Kramer and their 20 year-old son Michael.

Prosecutors say Nodarse carried out the murders at the request of the other suspect, his friend Johnny Borizov. He has a son with the Kramers' daughter, Angela, who escaped the attack. The two were reportedly involved in a custody battle.
