A DuPage County judge ordered a mental health evaluation for one of two men accused of killing three members of a Darien family.

A psychologist will interview Jacob Nodarse to determine his sanity and fitness to stand trial. He's accused of killing Lori and Jeffrey Kramer and their 20 year-old son Michael.

Prosecutors say Nodarse carried out the murders at the request of the other suspect, his friend Johnny Borizov. He has a son with the Kramers' daughter, Angela, who escaped the attack. The two were reportedly involved in a custody battle.
