A new Lundberg survey finds the average price of regular gas nationwide has dipped by less than half a penny to $2.85 per gallon.
Tulsa, Oklahoma had the lowest average price among cities surveyed at $2.60 per gallon.
Honolulu was highest at $3.47 per gallon.
