Suspects accused in fatal Cicero fire plead not guilty

April 26, 2010 (CHICAGO)

Prosecutors say Lawrence Myers owned the building in Cicero and had the fire set to help his financial situation.

Marion Comier is accused of lighting the fire that killed seven people who were inside including four children.

Prosecutors say the conversation between the two men was recorded by an informant wearing a wire and Myers was heard saying that the fire was supposed to be set when the children were in school.
