Data from a 2008 national survey showed that toddlers who are not inoculated may become more vulnerable to vaccine preventable disease and may experience more serious symptoms.
The report concludes that more doctors need to provide information to vaccine hesitant parents about the possible dangers of not immunizing their children in a timely manner.
