It ran up a tree in a cemetery in Oxnard and it apparently didn't know how to get down.
The two-hundred pound bear was peppered with tranquilizer darts and then got stuck in some branches.
Firefighters had to harness the animal to a ladder and gently lower it down.
The bear was eventually released in Los Padres National Forest.
