Man dies after struggle in Chicago alley

May 8, 2010 (CHICAGO) Police responded to a call of a battery in progress on the 2600-block of South Pulaski Road.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died a short time later.

The Cook County medical examiner says the victim was a 34-year-old male. His identity is not being made public at this time.
