May 9, 2010 Our guests will be Phillip Jackson, founder and executive director of the Black Star Project, which has programs to try to reduce violence, and promote education; and Charlie Ransford, an analyst with Ceasefire, which calls itself the campaign to stop the shooting. Ceasefire is sponsored by the Chicago Project for Violence Prevention, which works with communities, and the city, county, state and federal governments.
