It happened about 6:30 Sunday as the girls were playing on the 1900-block of Lancaster in Wheaton. The girls are both under 13. They ran home and told their parents, who called police.
Police say the woman was in her 50s or 60s and was driving a large, white four-door car. The car had rust near the door handles and tail lamps. It also had a decal on the driver's side rear door. It showed a blue square with black lettering.
