Sweet Potato 1 each
Pan Release Spray
1.) Scrub the potato well, but do not peel them. Pierce the skin of each potato to allow steam to escape.
2.) Slice the sweet potato length wise
3.) Place one piece of baking paper on a sheet tray, spray with parchment paper. Place the sweet potato upside down on the baking paper. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done. The potatoes should yield to gentle pressure, and a paring knife inserted in the thickest part should meet little resistance.
4.) Hold uncovered in a warm spot or serve immediately.
