Report: Kids have inadequate access to parks

America's children don't routinely have access to neighborhood parks and that could be contributing to the obesity epidemic.

The finding comes from a report by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and prevention.

It found that only half of children surveyed say it's easy to get to playgrounds, jogging paths or other places to easily exercise.

It also found that fewer than one in five U.S. high school students gets at least an hour of physical activity a day.
