FAA reports heavy delays at Chicago airports

Delays of more than an hour and a half were reported on the FAA website at both airports around 1 p.m. Monday.

Storms had been moving through the Chicago area for the past couple of hours, and had already disrupted President Obama's planned speech at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.

The Associated Press reported just before 1 p.m. that the speech had been canceled.
