A celebration and kickoff was held Tuesday in Chicago for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics.

Dozens of officers from the Cook County Sheriff's office warmed up Tuesday morning. They began Leg 5 of the run, traveling 23 miles to Palos Heights.

This will be the first of four days of running as the torch travels from Chicago all the way to Normal, Illinois.
