According to the Chicago Department of Revenue, the scofflaw, whom ABC 7 is not identifying because she has a common name, has an outstanding parking violation debt of $87,718.
The debt stems from 442 parking tickets. She has received tickets for a variety of reasons, including 58 times for expired plates.
Her license is now suspended, her car booted and now her case has been referred to an outside city law firm for collections.
