You may not need to feel so guilty when reaching for that third or fourth cup of tea or coffee. That caffeine indulgence could be doing the heart some good.

Researchers surveyed 38,000 people and found that drinking more than six cups of tea per day was associated with a 36 percent risk of heart disease.

Drinking four cups of coffee per day seemed to slightly reduce the risk of death from heart disease.

There is no clear reason for the benefits, but other studies have been showing similar results.
