Palos Heights chemical spill contained

June 19, 2010 (PALOS HEIGHTS) A caustic chemical made of the light metal used in drainer cleaner was spotted vaporizing above a tanker truck on Route 83 between Harlem Avenue and Southwest Highway.

The chemical spill was contained to the tanker.

No one was injured.
