Storms tear through Chicago

June 22, 2010 (CHICAGO) ComEd said 25,000 people were without electricity at the height of the outage.

While no major damage is reported, the storm did bring down a tree at 632 West Addison. In the Wicker Park neighborhood, a tree branch fell on a Chicago police officer. He's expected to be okay.

A lot of lighting and rain accompanied the storm.

There are a few scattered power outages left from Friday's storm. ComEd says it has crews dedicated to those people.
