Prosecutors say Sandra Vasquez was drunk when she crashed her car killing five teenagers in Oswego back in 2007.
During emotional testimony Monday, Vasquez told the jury that she was distracted while driving. But she said she was not drunk. Vasquez admitted she had been drinking in the hours before the crash. But said it was not enough to impair her driving. She said she offered one boy a ride home but seven of his friends piled in the car.
Vasquez broke down and cried several times while on the witness stand.
