Police say Luis Ramirez, 13, was last seen on the 7200-block of Claremont. He is a new resident to the area. Ramirez is from the east side of Chicago in the vicinity of 111th and Ave. He has no friends in the area of his new residence.
Ramirez, who is Hispanic, is 4'11" and weighs 85 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and an olive complexion.
