Nofal leaves behind a wife, toddler, infant, brother and parents, according to a family statement early Tuesday.
Nofal's body was found in a Joliet park Saturday. He vanished late Tuesday from his auto shop in Orland Park. An insurance card linked to Nofal was found on the body in Joliet.
Surveillance video at the repair shop showed a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee in the parking lot at the time of Nofal's disappearance.
Nofal lived in Lockport with his wife and children. The family has offered a reward of $50,000 in the case.
