City vehicle sticker deadline Friday

Time's almost up for Chicago drivers who have not bought their city vehicle stickers. The deadline to display stickers was extended to July 30.

Drivers must display a sticker on their windshields after tomorrow. If not, you risk getting a ticket and paying a $40 penalty fee on top of the $75 cost of the sticker.

The City Clerk's office extended the deadline for purchasing stickers by two weeks after a defect was discovered in one batch.

Stickers can be still be purchased online and at currency exchanges.
